This policy outlines your rights and obligations regarding cancellations, refunds, and early returns for rentals booked on EmildasVentures.com, operating in Cyprus.
✅ Free Cancellation (Up to 48 Hours Before Pickup)
You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
❌ Late Cancellation (Within 48 Hours of Pickup)
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup will incur a late cancellation fee:
1 rental day charge or 25% of the total rental amount, whichever is greater.
The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.
🚫 No-Show Policy
If you fail to pick up the car without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show.
No refunds will be issued in this case.
⏱️ Returning the Vehicle Early
If you return the rental vehicle earlier than your scheduled drop-off date, no partial refunds will be provided.
The rental cost is calculated based on the original booking period.
No adjustments will be made for unused days.
💳 Refund Timelines
All eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

We are not liable for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Pandemic disruptions
🛑 In such cases, we evaluate refund requests individually and reserve the right to issue partial or full refunds.
