Welcome to emildasventures.com. By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Rental Terms & Conditions agreement. Please read it carefully before making any reservations.
To rent a car from Emilda’s Ventures, you must:
Be at least 21 years old (age requirements may vary by vehicle category)
Possess a valid driver’s license held for a minimum of 12 months
Provide a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID)
Present a valid credit or debit card in your name for the security deposit
All rentals must be paid in advance or at pickup, depending on the selected option.
Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and selected digital wallets.
Prices may include taxes, insurance, mileage limits, and optional services as specified during checkout.
A refundable security deposit will be held on your card during the rental period.
The deposit will be released upon return of the vehicle in the same condition as it was rented.
You agree to:
Use the vehicle only for lawful purposes
Not operate the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Not exceed the geographical restrictions set at the time of booking
Not sublet or allow any unauthorized driver to operate the vehicle
Basic insurance is included in your rental unless stated otherwise.
You are responsible for damage, theft, or loss not covered by insurance, including tire and windscreen damage.
Additional coverage may be available for purchase.
Free cancellation is allowed up to 48 hours before the rental period begins.
Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee.
No-shows or cancellations after the rental start date are non-refundable.
Vehicles must be returned on time and with the agreed fuel level.
Late returns may result in additional charges.
Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as at pickup.
Any damage found on return that is not documented at pickup may result in a charge.
Excessively dirty vehicles may incur a cleaning fee.
Emilda’s Ventures is not responsible for personal items left in the car.
Please check the vehicle thoroughly before returning it.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
